OSBase processes your data in London, United Kingdom, and stores it in the European Union: in Ireland for the main platform, Print Portal and Signage. Mailroom data is stored in Frankfurt, Germany. Public pages and static files are delivered through a global content delivery network.

Security and administrative events for your organisation, including each time OSBase staff entered your workspace (filter by ‘OSBase staff access’).

Security Practices
Encryption
Connections use TLS 1.2 or higher (TLS 1.3 where supported). Data at rest is encrypted (AES-256) by our database and storage provider.
Access Controls
Role-based access by module and office.
Sign in through your identity provider
Enterprise organisations can require their people to sign in through their own SAML identity provider, on the email domains they have verified.
