When you register for an account, we collect your name, email address, organisation name, and role. If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor (Stripe) collects billing information on our behalf.

How We Use Your Information

Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, you have the right to complain directly to us — a statutory right under UK data protection law introduced by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025. Email privacy@osbase.io with the subject line "Data protection complaint". We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days, take appropriate steps to investigate it without undue delay, keep you informed of its progress, and tell you the outcome without undue delay.
You can also complain at any time to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113, although we would welcome the opportunity to address your concerns first.
