Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the OSBase platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the platform to transmit harmful content, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with the operation of the service.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods.

Intellectual Property

The platform, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OSBase Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OSBase Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
