How do we get started?
Sign up, create your organisation, and add your first office. The onboarding wizard walks you through inviting colleagues and turning on your first module, and you can email us at any point if you get stuck.
What does the free allowance cover?
Your first module on your first office is free, forever — no card and no time limit. Every additional module or office is charged at its flat monthly price.
How does billing work?
You pay one flat monthly price for each module at each office, with unlimited users included. Signage is metered instead, at £12 per active screen with the first screen free each month. All prices exclude VAT, and the flat modules are 20% cheaper billed annually.
Is OSBase suitable for multi-site organisations?
Yes. Modules are enabled per office, so each site can run a different combination, and you are billed for the offices that use them.
